What is the Bristol Crusade?
The Bristol Crusade is a revival meeting held under a large-scale Gospel Tent that was dedicated to use to share the Gospel of Christ! Evangelist CT Townsend will share the saving message of Jesus each night, so invite your neighbors, friends, and all who would benefit from hearing God’s Word.
Services will meet each weeknight at 7:00 p.m. June 3-7 and June 10-14, under the Gospel tent, which will be set up at 11101 Island Road in Bristol, VA beside Victory Baptist Church.
What has God done under the tent?
The tent ministry of CT Townsend Evangelistic Ministries was born out of a week-long revival meeting at New Hope Baptist Church in Burlington, NC in 2016. After extending the meeting several weeks and growing out of the church building site, the Lord provided a location to set up a large tent under which services were held for 12 more weeks that summer.
Each summer, after much prayer and in partnership with local pastors, the Gospel Tent is set up and services are held for the local community each night. The Lord has burdened Pastor CT with the desire to see people saved, and thousands attend these Gospel meetings nightly. Countless souls have been saved, families reunited, marriages repaired, and lives have been forever changed through the prayer of God’s people and the preaching of His Word under this tent.
We highly anticipate the 2024 Bristol Crusade to be a time of powerful services, spirit-filled singing and worship, and clear Gospel preaching that will share God’s plan of salvation to all who will hear.
