CT Townsend Ministries and Victory Baptist Church (together, "the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites, use the CT Townsend Events mobile application, register for an event, give online, place an order in our store, or otherwise interact with our ministries.

We may collect the following information, depending on how you interact with us:- Contact information (if voluntarily provided): name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, for example when you fill out an interest form, sign up for a small group, or subscribe to updates.
- Event registration information: name, contact details, and ticket or attendance selections when you register for an event such as Arise, submitted through our registration partner, Brushfire.
- Giving information: when you give online, your donation is processed through Overflow (Victory Baptist Church) or Blackbaud (CT Townsend Ministries); we receive your name, contact information, and gift record, but we do not store your full card or bank account number ourselves.
- Store and order information: shipping address and order details when you purchase merchandise, event registrations, or digital downloads from us; payment is processed through Square or Brushfire, and we do not store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:- Provide and improve our website, app, and event experience
- Process event registrations, donations, and store orders
- Deliver event-specific content and updates
- Send push notifications, emails, or texts related to events, giving receipts, or the ministries you've expressed interest in

- Support kids'-ministry check-in and safety procedures

The CT Townsend Events app may send push notifications, and we may email or text you, to keep you informed about the following and more:- Schedule changes
- Announcements
- Event updates and registration confirmations
- Giving receipts

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate our ministries, with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including:- Planning Center, church management, small-group, and follow-up records
- Brushfire, event registration and ticketing (e.g., Arise)
- Overflow and Blackbaud, online donation processing
- Square, order, subscription, and payment processing
- Analytics and hosting providers that help us operate our websites and app

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and maintain the security of our websites and app. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.6. Cookies & Analytics
